I had been active on Christian Mingle for a little over a week.Everything was going nice, well and smooth, until I purchased their "one month premium package".

It's simply ridiculous to me. They suddenly removed my account because they thought I was my account seemed to be "a fraud". Now I really need some help to understand THEIR understanding of a fraud. I ALWAYS logged in with my Facebook account that I've had for almost 10 years and when I paid for my premium membership I used a card with the same name as my Facebook page.

I mean... Can it get more real than that? And right when I finally got in contact with someone that I was actually interested in.

I am so disgusted by their actions.Never again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: People online.

I didn't like: That they removed my account for no apparent reason.
