After signing a NINETY DAY CONTRACT in early April,after only 60 days,I was charged another $111 on or around 6-6-25.This falls under "illegal business practices,& my brother/attorney(Paul W.Roop)& I expect a return of $111 immediately! Thank you,& God bless. Note-We also,of course,wish to cancel any association "agreement/contract with your organization.

I rec'd a notice that Christian Mingle took out a for a subscription that I cancelled MONTHS ago. There is no phone number to call. I am pissed customer and this coming from a Christian company really *** me off.

Can you help me? I've tried many times to reset my password and gain access to become a member, but failed miserably! Maybe it's not meant for me.
Preferred solution: GET HELP TO RESET PASSWORD AND GET ACCESS TO BECOME A MEMBER.

PAID for the site but after 5 days, cannot get onto the site. Have left 3 "help me" emails without a response. I think that I will contact my CC company and have them reverse the fee that I paid
After 3 different email expaining the problem with the promise that someone will respond within 48 hours...crickets...The site worked for about 5 days before receiving the message "Your session has expired. Log in again" Now...it says that there is no record in their system of my email. I think that I will reverse my CC payment for the subscription for "non-promised service"
I did receive an automated reply on each email that I sent so my email was...there...but now gone???

I joined Christian mingle just a couple days ago. I upgraded for a month and now it won't let me sign in no matter what I do.
I have two email addresses and I've tried both of them. I've tried to reset my password it won't let me do that. I had people that I was chatting with and now I can't even get back to them.
I am totally frustrated. And not very happy!

The numbers listed on the internet for Christian mingle are Medicare numbers. i have been waiting for several days for them to tell me why they disabled my account. This is horrible representation for an organization calling themselves Christian.

I have not logged into to ChristianMingle for over 2 years, because the single women were out of state; and very few accounts were active. They did not let me unsubscribe or cancel my account. They are fraudulently charging me $89.99.
