I can't sign in
I joined Christian mingle just a couple days ago. I upgraded for a month and now it won't let me sign in no matter what I do.
I have two email addresses and I've tried both of them. I've tried to reset my password it won't let me do that. I had people that I was chatting with and now I can't even get back to them.
I am totally frustrated. And not very happy!

Hello,
I have not logged into ChristianMingle for over 2 years and I am being charged fraudulently $89.99. All of the singles were too far away from my location.

Fraud
I have not logged into to ChristianMingle for over 2 years, because the single women were out of state; and very few accounts were active. They did not let me unsubscribe or cancel my account. They are fraudulently charging me $89.99.

I didn't have my bank set up correctly due to switching phone numbers, so the bank blocked me from sending money to Mingle. Once I had my bank sorted out, Mingle had put a block on my account - wouldn't let me pay for premium and labelled me as a fraudulent customer.
I sent them proof of ID, in the hope they would unblock me. I have methods of getting around this, but I want things to go properly so I'm trying to wait patiently to see their next move - have sent them ID to prove I am who I say I am. I really want to start using the site - but their automated systems have flagged me although I have only good intentions, and am a good person.
If only they had a phone line I could call - and get this all sorted out. Romeo Love, romeoloveemail@***.com, Mingle member since never as I am blocked for some reason.

- Automated systems can make mistakes no number to call
Preferred solution: allowed to be a member and the block taken off my account. i am not committing fraud as they imply.

The numbers listed on the internet for Christian mingle are Medicare numbers. i have been waiting for several days for them to tell me why they disabled my account. This is horrible representation for an organization calling themselves Christian.

Cancel account/subscription
I have been trying for two days to cancel my subscription/account, which ends on November 23, 2024, using both my Android and online platforms. I want to cancel my subscription!

I have never been able to use this app and I can not cancel my subscription. I contacted yall earlier about this issue and was told it would be canceled Yet I continue to be charged monthly.
This needs to resolved and my money returned. I will get my attorney involved if this is not resolved asap.

Frustrated
I purchased Christmas Mingle llast week & the captcha would never let me on the site. I did it over & over,& over again.
I tried their chat box but that didnt even work correctly. There is no phone number you can call. They dont have one.
How in the world do you run a respectable business with absolutely no customer service? Its not possible.I want a refund on the money I paid them

My issue is that u require an location and when I press the prompt to give my exact location it just buffers. $53 something is pending to come out my account.
If it is withdrawn an i have not been connected then you will have a fraud case. Sadly not a new member of Christian Mingles!

The idea is great but it's implemented better by major legitimate dating websites like J4Love.net
You can just use religion-based search filter. There is no such thing as a background check on ChristianMingle so the site is misused by scammers.
They run rampant there.
There are so many of them that it gets hard to filter them off and find someone genuine. You end up wasting a lot of time and money (if you get the paid subscription, and actually you have to get it because you can't do much as a free member).
